Monmouthshire Golf Club

Set against the beautiful scenery of the Usk Valley

Monmouthshire Golf Club

Founded in 1892 and said to be the oldest 18-hole course in the county, Monmouthshire Golf Club is as tough as it is beautiful. Set in the valley of the River Usk, Monmouthshire is a mature parkland course that was extensively remodelled by James Braid in the late-1930s. Since then, many further improvements have been made that make Monmouthshire capable of standing up to the demands of the modern game. Monmouthshire Golf Course played host to the Welsh Team Championships in 2011.
