| Go to contact
us and
select either "Request a Quote" or "Call Me". OR |

(e.g. number of golfers/non golfers, specific golf courses, preferred hotel grade,
mode of transport, etc) OR | | | c) | Call

| 3. |
We will respond with a personalised quotation that will include, where necessary,
any adjustments and suggestions to make the tour complete. |
| 4. |
Once you have decided on your travel dates and are satisfied with your itinerary,
we will request a deposit of 30% of your tour cost. The balance of your tour being
due 60 days prior to arrival. | In Ireland, many of the fine hotels are period buildings
and therefore have several different room types. We recommend upgrading to larger
rooms and to those with better views. We offer a wide range of self-drive vehicles as well
as escorted vehicles and coaches for transportation. For groups of 8 people or
more, we strongly recommend that you give consideration to hiring one of our customised
luxury coaches for your tour. These vehicles have been designed and built specifically
to suit the needs of golfing groups. For those travelling by luxury coach, there
are no great limitations on the amount of luggage these vehicles can accommodate.
For those in self-drive vehicles, we recommend you limit your luggage where possible
- e.g. Typical luggage for one golfer: 1 suitcase, golf clubs in a soft carry
case and hand luggage. Many of the golf courses
you will wish to play are private golf clubs and therefore have varying restrictions
on visitor play - normally demand outstrips supply, therefore it is never too
early to begin planning your golf tour. Most golf clubs allow visitors to use the clubhouse
facilities including the locker rooms and dining areas. Some clubs require coat
and tie to be worn by gentlemen in the dining room.
