Gently undulating parkland and splendid mature woodlands characterize this championship course. The signature hole is surely the 18th, a par 5 of just 500 yards with its green surrounded by water!

One of the most remarkable new courses and probably the most spectacular and scenic anywhere in the world! Set on an Atlantic promontory hundreds of feet above dramatic cliffs, nine holes run along the coastline. A unique golfing experience!

Lahinch Golf Club


Laid out by Tom Morris and sometimes known as the St Andrews of Ireland, it is a wilderness of dunes and dramatic seascapes. The blind shots at the 5th and 6th are especially renowned! A perhaps more carefree round is on offer at Lahinch's 2nd course; the Castle.

The opening of this course on legendary links land has been much anticipated. Designed by Greg Norman who describes it as a magic piece of property, Doonbeg is in the same great golfing tradition as its famous neighbours Ballybunion and Lahinch.

Ballybunion Golf Club

A place of pilgrimage for golfers, Ballybunion Old must be one of the world's finest courses and a real test of links golf. Perhaps the most famous sight of all is the 11th, where the Atlantic is below you on the tee to one side and enormous sand dunes on the other! The 'new' Cashen course designed by Robert Trent Jones is a worthy addition.

Killarney Golf & Fishing Club

The lakeside setting and the stunning mountain backdrop of the three courses at Killarney must make them some of the most scenic locations in the world. They have hosted some major events here including the Irish Open and the Curtis Cup.

Waterville Golf Links

Golf has been played here since the 1880's. The remoteness of its location lends a special charm to this course which has been played by many champions, including Tiger Woods to prepare for the British Open.

Adare Golf CourseAdare Manor’s excellent 7,125 yard par 72 golf course was designed by Robert Trent Jones Sr. and is home to The Irish Open 2007, 2008 & 2009, it has also staged the Ladies World Cup in September 2000, Irish PGA in September 2003, the AIB Irish Seniors Open for three years in a row and hosted the JP McManus Charity Golf Tournament last July 2005. The course has three lakes, including a 14 acre lake anchoring the front nine. The River Maigue meanders through the back nine, coming into play on several holes.
