| Atlantic
Coast - The West |
This area is greatly favoured by the Irish themselves as a holiday destination
and there is certainly a special quality about it -from its wild and unspoilt
landscape, a wonderful coastline etched by the Atlantic, to the lively hustle
and bustle of Galway City and the spectacular scenic beauty County Mayo - location
for the film Ryan's Daughter. |

Rosses
Point, County Sligo Golf Club |
One of Ireland's best courses in a glorious setting. Stunning views that inspired
Ireland's greatest poet, WB Yeats, are dominated by the spectacular Benbulben
mountain on the one hand and a sweeping bay on the other. A magnificent golfing
challenge.

Another links course where the sound of the ocean will accompany your round. A
series of interesting holes which will draw on most of your clubs to negotiate
it successfully.

| Carne
Golf Links (Belmullet) |

Ireland's most westerly course whose elevated tees and plateau greens exploit
this course's lovely natural setting. Be wary of deceptively tricky dog legs and
lurking bunkers.

| Connemara
Golf Links |
 |
Intoxicating sea air and breathtaking scenery characterize Connemara. With the
Twelve Bens mountains as a backdrop and the Atlantic on three sides, there are
some spectacular golf holes here, particularly on the back nine. Golfing visitors
are always made to feel especially welcome.

| Galway
Bay |
Surrounded on three sides by the Atlantic Ocean, the course's great location is
distractingly beautiful. The wind plays a critical role in this exposed setting.

With wonderful views of the 365 islands of Clew Bay, this is glorious golf terrain.
The 15th is especially memorable; driving from the tee over an inlet of Clew Bay.
