A land famed for its ancient castles, rugged coastline and long sandy beaches.
It is also Burns Country - home to Scotland's national poet Robert Burns and there
are fascinating museums and monuments dedicated to him . The spectacular mountain
profile of the island of Arran fills the horizon of the Ayrshire coast - the seascape
views are truly unforgettable and the island itself is surprisingly unspoilt and
easily accessible. | |

Turnberry combines world class golf with fine standards of hospitality and service,
and a marvellous Spa in a truly breathtaking setting. We recommend Turnberry's
sea view rooms and during your stay we recommend that you request a window table
in the dining room - sunsets are unforgettable. | |
