Rufflets House Hotel

This hotel stands in ten acres of award-winning gardens on the outskirts of St Andrews. Built in 1924, the family-run hotel has been extended over the years but is still in keeping with the original façade. The bedrooms are individually decorated and well-equipped, some having four poster and canopied beds, others with jacuzzi baths; there are also two lodges available in the hotel grounds. The elegant public rooms have stunning views overlooking the gardens and are comfortably and tastefully furnished. Produce from the hotel's own herb and vegetable garden is used in the hotel's Terrace Restaurant and the separate Music Room Bar is stocked with over 100 types of whisky.
